These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Guarantee 

All workmanship & materials in our Hand-finished ranges are guaranteed for 10 years. 

Rescheduling or Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel all or any part of the written order or request changes to the agreed completion/delivery date or agreed specification you must provide email request notification. Art Store World reserve the right to make a cancellation charge(s) which will be based on the amount of notice provided and will include without limitation all money committed or incurred by Art Store World as a result of your written order. 

Delivery

Delivery costs will be quoted standard inside UAE, meanwhile outside GCC countries depends on the shipping fee. Bespoke insured courier service is our recommended option.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Indemnity 

You shall indemnify Art Store World against all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs and expenses which may be incurred or brought against Art Store World in respect of injury to any person or loss or of damage to any property arising out of or in connection with the use by you of the goods and/or services as a result of any negligent act or omission by you or of any breach by you of any of our obligations hereunder. 

Ownership 

Ownership of the goods supplied by Art Store World will pass to you when the agreed price and any monies outstanding from you to Art Store World are paid in full. 

Force Majeure

Art Store World will not be held liable for any failure to supply the agreed goods and services by reason of any event beyond their reasonable control 

Variation

No variation of these Terms of Trade and no verbal stipulations or representations will be binding on Art Store World unless expressly agreed to in writing. 

Termination

(a) Art Store World shall be entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect in writing if at any time during the agreed contract period: (i) you fail to make any payment due in full (ii) you commit or cause to be committed any breach capable of your obligations. (iii) you commit an act of insolvency or make any composition or arrangement with your creditors or go into liquidation or if any order is made or a resolution is passed for the winding up of your company or if you cease trading or if you suffer the appointment of your receiver over the whole or any part of your assets. (b) Termination of these Terms of Trade will be without prejudice to any rights accruing or already accrued to either party at the date of termination. (c) Upon termination of these Terms of Trade for any cause, all sums accrued due to Art Store World will immediately become due and payable to Art Store World.
